How the Tracker Kits Work
The Tracker Kits are simple, tactile tools designed to help you notice your behaviour, build awareness, and gently shift how you show up each day. They are not about perfection, streaks, or productivity pressure. They are about paying attention.
Each kit includes a small set of physical components that work together in a very practical way.
The Tracker Cards
At the centre of the kit are the tracker cards. Each card represents a quality, habit, or way of being you want to practise more consciously, such as presence, kindness, honesty, or follow-through.
You can keep the card on your fridge, desk, bedside table, or somewhere you will see it during the day. It acts as a quiet reminder, not a demand.
The Stars
The stars are not rewards. They are markers.
Each time you notice yourself acting in alignment with the card you are working on, you place a star. This might be something small: listening fully in a conversation, pausing before reacting, keeping a promise, or choosing not to rush.
What matters is that you noticed it.
Placing a star turns an invisible moment into something visible. Over time, this builds awareness and reinforces behaviour without guilt or self-criticism.
There are no rules about how many stars you “should” place. Some days will have more. Some will have none. Both are useful pieces of information.
The Tips
Each kit includes practical tips to help you use the cards and stars effectively. These are not instructions to follow perfectly. They are suggestions drawn from real-world use.
Examples include:
- choosing a time of day to reflect briefly
- noticing effort, not outcomes
- switching cards when something feels complete
- using the kit as a conversation starter
The tips are there to support consistency without turning the practice into a chore.
How People Use the Kits
Some people use the kits daily. Others pick them up when life feels noisy or out of balance. Some use them privately, others with a partner, family, or team.
There is no app, no notifications, and nothing to “keep up with”. The physical nature of the kit is intentional. Writing less, scrolling less, and noticing more.
What the Kits Are (and Aren’t)
The Tracker Kits are not self-help shortcuts or motivation hacks. They don’t tell you who to be.
They simply help you pay attention to who you already are, and who you are becoming, one small moment at a time.
If you are willing to notice, the kit will do the rest.
